Why does my device not turn on?
Ensure that the device is connected to an outlet. If it is
remove the the power supply from the PWM and connect it
directly. If it turns on either the PWM is bad or there is
faulty connection just rethighten it and verify the cables
on the motor make proper contact. Use a multimeter to
verify power is going out the system or even in.
The motor fried or doesn't want to work,.
First verify the motor if it turns on by testing the
connection even a battery can power it on even if its
slow. If the motor is bad buy a motor from amazon the rpm
is desired is 100 and 12 volt power.
What are the motor specs I want to ensure I buy the same
motor as you.
The motor we used has a Torque of 10 Kgc at 12 volts of
power, with a 100 rpm motor. Sometimes Torque is not given
thus use the formula below.
VI=[T(Nm)*RPM]/9.5488
V= Voltage(Volts), I= Current(Amp), T=
Torque(Newton*meter), 9.5488= Conversion factor
What propellor size should I get.
From our testing we recommend getting a propellor between
30-40% diameter of the tank and should be place 5 inches
from the bottom of the barrel to produce enough force to
kick the food upwards.
